PLM Support Engineer – CATIA / ENOVIA / Dassault Systems

Looking for an experienced PLM Support Engineer with hands-on expertise in supporting engineering applications within the Dassault Systèmes ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have experience in installation, configuration, administration, troubleshooting, and user support for PLM and CAD applications such as CATIA, ENOVIA, DELMIA, SIMULIA, and SolidWorks.
The candidate will work closely with engineering, design, and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth operation of PLM applications, engineering workstations, license servers, and related infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and support PLM applications and engineering tools
Provide application support for CATIA, ENOVIA, DELMIA, SIMULIA, and SolidWorks
Configure and maintain license management systems
Support engineering workstation setup and validation
Troubleshoot application performance and user issues
Manage user access and permissions
Coordinate software patching and version upgrades
Support integration between engineering applications and PLM systems
Validate hardware compatibility for engineering tools
Maintain application installation and support documentation
Work closely with engineering and design teams to resolve technical issues
