About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to oversee day-to-day administrative functions and HR administration activities. The role requires strong coordination, vendor management, billing management, documentation, and office administration skills to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Administration
- Manage day-to-day office administration and facility operations.
- Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, pantry, stationery, office maintenance, courier services, and other administrative requirements.
- Handle vendor onboarding, negotiations, renewals, and vendor relationship management.
- Maintain records of invoices, bills, agreements, and administrative documentation.
- Coordinate with the Finance team for invoice processing and payment follow-ups.
- Monitor office inventory and ensure timely procurement of supplies.
- Manage travel bookings, hotel accommodations, and related administrative arrangements.
- Ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of office infrastructure and facilities.
- Maintain administrative reports, trackers, and MIS records.
HR Administration
- Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee database updates.
- Prepare HR letters, employment documents, and employee communications.
- Support employee onboarding documentation and joining formalities.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal events.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
Required Skills
- Experience in vendor management and administrative coordination.
- Understanding of billing, invoicing, and documentation processes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR Administration, Office Administration, Facilities Management, or a related role.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Hands-on experience in managing office administration independently.
- Strong vendor coordination and billing management experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented approach to work.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
