A two-wheeler service advisor acts as the main link between customers and the workshop, greeting vehicle owners, documenting repair needs and job cards, coordinating with mechanics, and ensuring timely vehicle delivery while promoting maintenance packages.
- Customer Greeting: Welcome customers, listen to vehicle issues or service requests, and note down complaints accurately.
- Job Card Creation: Inspect the two-wheeler, log odometer readings, and generate digital or manual job cards with repair estimates and delivery times.
- Workshop Coordination: Communicate customer requirements to mechanics or technicians and monitor the progress of repairs.
- Progress Updates: Call or message customers regarding repair updates, extra part requirements, and cost approvals before proceeding.
- Sales & Value-Add: Promote annual maintenance contracts (AMC), periodic maintenance services, and value-added accessories.
- Delivery & Billing: Explain the final service invoice, detail the work completed, and hand over the vehicle smoothly.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: 12th pass, Diploma, or Graduate degree (Automobile or Mechanical background preferred).
- Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in an automobile dealership or two-wheeler service center.
- Skills: Good local communication skills, basic computer/DMS knowledge, and a basic technical understanding of two-wheelers.
- License: A valid two-wheeler driving license is often required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
