About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support both Recruitment and HR Operations functions. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to talent acquisition, employee engagement, coordination, and HR processes in a fast-paced work environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and references
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate databases and hiring trackers
- Assist in posting job openings across different platforms
- Support onboarding and joining formalities for new hires
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist in attendance, leave, and internship data management
- Support employee engagement and internal HR activities
- Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements
- Help in preparing reports, trackers, and HR MIS
- Ensure smooth day-to-day HR coordination and communication
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed graduation/post-graduation in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Immediate joiners preferred
