Job Description: Understanding of WC Claims life cycle, WC coverages, State regulations & requirements
Ability to produce high quality outcomes in a highly productive environment
Adhere to all pathways and guidelines and state regulatory requirements
Ability to make sound judgment based on available information
Ability to accurately calculate and process employee wages based on hourly rates, salaries, overtime, bonuses, and commissions
Ensure timely payment of benefits and indemnity, including temporary total disability (TTD), temporary partial disability (TPD), Permanent Total Disability (PTD) and permanent partial disability (PPD) (where applicable)
Knowledge of email and web-enabled applications
Responsibilities: Process transactions as per the SLAs & ensure quality and compliance with predefined parameters
Review and process requests of wage calculation, payments and form filing
Calculate average weekly wage, process payments basis defined guidelines / authorities and form filing
Manage inventory while working independently
Ensure compliance to all regulatory / State requirements
Provide inputs and insights to improve the overall process
