We are expanding our Collections Team and looking for dynamic professionals who can drive collections performance while maintaining customer relationships.
Open Positions:
- Collection Executive
- Collection Manager
Experience:
- Collection Executive: 0–2 Years
- Collection Manager: 2–5 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer follow-ups for due and overdue payments
- Manage PTP tracking and resolution
- Maintain collection efficiency and portfolio quality
- Update collection remarks in LMS/CRM
- Negotiate repayment plans and resolve customer queries
- Ensure compliance with collection policies and processes
*For Managers: Team handling, productivity monitoring, and collection strategy implementation
Desired Skills:
- Strong communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Experience in payday Loan or any other loan product preferred
- Customer handling and negotiation abilities
- Target-oriented mindset
