Overview
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in architectural design, preparation of working drawings, and proficiency in AutoCAD. The role requires strong technical skills, creativity, and the ability to collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
- Develop design concepts and assist in the preparation of presentation drawings.
- Create and modify drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
- Coordinate with senior architects, consultants, and project teams for design development and execution.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, local regulations, and industry standards.
- Assist in site coordination and address design-related queries during project execution.
- Prepare design documentation and maintain project records.
- Review and update drawings based on project requirements and client feedback.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 2–3 years of relevant architectural experience.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Experience in architectural design and preparation of working drawings.
- Knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and detailing.
- Good understanding of municipal regulations and building codes.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
