We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth across the Kerala region. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, generating leads, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across Kerala.
- Generate leads through market visits, referrals, networking, and other channels.
- Meet prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Provide regular reports on market activities, pipeline, and business performance.
Travel Requirement
- Extensive travel across Kerala is required.
- Candidate should be willing to travel frequently for client meetings, market visits, and business development activities.
- Willingness to cover different cities and districts across Kerala is essential.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Good knowledge of the Kerala market.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala.
- A valid driving licence and two-wheeler/four-wheeler would be an advantage.
