Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver English lessons as per CBSE curriculum guidelines
- Develop students’ reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills
- Encourage creative expression through storytelling, writing, and activities
- Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain student records, report cards, and progress tracking
- Manage classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods in the classroom
- Prepare students for internal and external assessments (if applicable)
- Collaborate with other teachers and participate in school activities/events
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in English or related field
- B.Ed (Mandatory as per CBSE norms)
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience (preferred)
- Strong command over English language and grammar
