Job Overview: The HR Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations within the company. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and best practices. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Systems Management: Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR-related systems to streamline processes and ensure data accuracy.
Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Payroll and Benefits Administration: Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, benefits enrollment, and related administrative tasks in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Compliance and Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies, and oversee the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Statutory Compliance: PF, ESI filings, registration on the portal, Labour contractor, PF ESI, etc.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance HR efficiency, effectiveness, and employee experience.
Training and Development: Collaborate with HR and departmental leaders to identify training needs and develop programs to support employee development and career growth.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with HR service providers, including payroll vendors, benefits administrators, and other third-party vendors.
Labor Contractor: Labor welfare, contract payments approvals, bills checking, attendance.
HR Policies and Procedures: Develop, review, and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in alignment with company values and legal requirements
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or HR certification preferred.

Strong understanding of HRIS systems and proficiency in HR software applications.

Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
