We are looking for a passionate and target-driven Academic Counselor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for counseling prospective students, converting inquiries into admissions, and achieving enrollment targets for our software training programs.
Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins.
Counsel students on various software training programs, career opportunities, and placement support.
Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly enrollment targets.
Follow up regularly with interested candidates and maintain strong relationships.
Handle admission processes and documentation.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM/database.
Coordinate with trainers and placement teams regarding student requirements.
Prepare daily and monthly admission reports.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Experience
1 to 2 years of experience in Academic Counseling, Admissions, Education Sales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Business Development.
Experience in IT training institutes, EdTech companies, educational institutions, or software training centers will be preferred.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Strong counseling, sales, and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve admissions goals.
Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Pay: ₹10,305.07 - ₹33,372.91 per month
