- Install, commission, and service X-Ray, C-Arm, Mammography, and Fluoroscopy systems.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, hardware, and software issues.
- Carry out equipment calibration, testing, and performance verification.
- Respond to customer service calls and provide timely technical support.
- Maintain service reports, installation records, and documentation.
- Coordinate with the technical support team for issue resolution and spare parts.
- Ensure compliance with company quality and safety standards.
- Travel to hospitals and diagnostic centers for installation and service activities.
Requirements:-
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in servicing X-Ray, DR, CR, C-Arm, Mammography, Fluoroscopy, or other diagnostic imaging equipment.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Biomedical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of electronics, electrical troubleshooting, and medical equipment.
- Ability to read circuit diagrams and technical manuals.
- Good communication, customer handling, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively. A valid driving license is preferred.
