- Identify and develop new business opportunities in PCD Pharma, Third-Party Manufacturing, and Institutional Sales segments.
- Generate new leads through cold calling, email marketing, social media, online portals, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, franchise partners, stockists, and healthcare organizations.
- Promote the company's pharmaceutical products and manufacturing services to prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to identify potential territories, customers, and emerging business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets assigned by management.
- Prepare and present business proposals, product presentations, quotations, and agreements to clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms and finalize business deals as per company policies.
- Follow up regularly with prospects to convert inquiries into confirmed business.
- Coordinate with production, regulatory, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Develop strategies to increase market penetration and expand the customer base.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, sales activities, and business opportunities in CRM/software.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, product launches, and market trends.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on outstanding receivables.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and business meetings to generate new business opportunities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and business development reports for management.
- Work closely with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and lead-generation activities.
- Develop long-term partnerships to ensure repeat business and sustained revenue growth.
- Maintain confidentiality of business information and adhere to company policies and ethical standards
