Key Responsibilities:
Build and nurture strong relationships with college students, faculty, HOD, and management, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Analyze customer data to enhance experiences and drive business growth.
Research and publish insightful white papers that contribute to industry knowledge.
Develop training materials and conduct product demonstrations to empower clients.
Develop and document high-level strategies for accomplishing specific project objectives.
Evaluate and refine onboarding processes, communication infrastructures, and customer success initiatives.
