Hiring: Business Development Executive (Real Estate)
Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Experience: 2–3 Years (Sales Experience Mandatory)
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing real estate team in Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through various sales channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate solutions.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into successful sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in Sales/Business Development (Mandatory).
- Prior experience in the Real Estate industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
