We are seeking dynamic and result-driven Sales Executives with experience in garments retail to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and drive store sales. The ideal candidate should be passionate about fashion, customer service, and achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable garments
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Provide styling advice and product knowledge (fabric, fit, trends)
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Handle billing, POS operations, and customer inquiries
- Support stock management and inventory control
- Build strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business
Requirements:
- 1–3 years experience in garments/fashion retail sales
- Strong communication and selling skills
- Presentable personality with a customer-focused approach
- Basic knowledge of fashion trends and fabrics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
Preferred:
- Experience in branded or premium garments retail stores
- Strong upselling and customer handling skills
