About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and tech-savvy freshers to join our team as AI Support Executives. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of AI tools, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn emerging technologies. You will assist in supporting AI-driven projects, managing client requirements, and ensuring smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for AI-based applications and tools.
- Assist clients with queries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Work closely with development and project teams to ensure timely delivery of tasks.
- Create and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Conduct research on AI trends, tools, and technologies.
- Test AI solutions and report bugs or performance issues.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Assist in data collection, data validation, and quality checks.
- Support the implementation and adoption of AI tools across projects.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project activities.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI concepts.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, or similar platforms.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
