Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our IT sales team. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in IT business development, lead generation, and client acquisition. Strong expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outbound prospecting is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email campaigns, and other outbound channels.
- Identify and connect with decision-makers, including founders, CEOs, CTOs, and IT managers.
- Research target companies and build prospect lists based on ideal customer profiles.
- Initiate conversations with potential clients through LinkedIn, email, and cold outreach.
- Qualify leads, understand client requirements, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain and update lead information in the CRM.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the technical and sales teams to prepare proposals and presentations.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in IT business development or software sales.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation.
- Strong understanding of IT services such as web development, mobile app development, custom software development, cloud services, AI/ML, or digital transformation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with email outreach and cold calling.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Strong research, prospecting, and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling IT services to international clients (US, UK, Europe, Australia) is an advantage.
- Knowledge of B2B sales processes and consultative selling.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Qualified leads generated per month.
- Meetings or demos scheduled.
- Conversion rate from lead to opportunity.
- Revenue contribution from acquired clients.
- CRM data accuracy and pipeline management.
