Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Delivery: Design and execute student-centered lessons focusing on reading, writing, speaking, and listening appropriate for the specific stage (Lower Secondary to A-Level).
- Exam Preparation: Prepare students for Cambridge assessments by familiarizing them with question types, exam techniques, and evaluation criteria.
- Assessments: Track performance through formative and summative Cambridge assessment tools, providing constructive, actionable feedback.
- Differentiation: Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse learning styles and language abilities of international or local students.
- Extracurriculars: Encourage a love for literature and language by leading activities like debates, book clubs, and writing workshops.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate regularly with parents regarding student well-being and academic progression.
Essential Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master’s/B.Ed. preferred).
- Certification: Internationally recognized teaching credentials such as CELTA (Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages), DELTA, or Cambridge Teaching Certificates.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of teaching experience, specifically with the Cambridge Curriculum or a similar international syllabus.
- Language Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in English.
Core Skills
- Deep knowledge of English language systems (grammar, vocabulary, phonology).
- Excellent classroom management and presentation abilities.
- Strong data analysis skills to interpret Cambridge assessment results and design interventions.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
