- Maintain and manage patients' medical records in physical and electronic formats.
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of patient records before filing.
- Ensure proper coding, indexing, filing, and retrieval of medical records.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments to obtain missing documentation.
- Process requests for medical records from patients, insurance companies, and authorized agencies.
- Prepare daily, monthly, and annual MRD reports.
- Support audits, accreditation (NABH/JCI), and regulatory compliance activities.
- Archive and dispose of records according to hospital policies and legal requirements.
- Assist in implementing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and maintain data quality.
- Required Skills:
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare documentation.
- Familiarity with Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and EMR software.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Excel, Word).
- Understanding of patient confidentiality and healthcare regulations.
Pay: ₹10,091.08 - ₹32,494.96 per month
