Job Title: Food & Beverage Associate
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Associate to provide excellent service and ensure a memorable dining experience for guests. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and experience in Food & Beverage service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver prompt, courteous, and efficient service to guests.
- Receive and accurately process guest orders while coordinating with kitchen and bar teams.
- Serve food and beverages as per company standards and ensure order accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and table setups.
- Assist guests with inquiries, recommendations, and ensure overall guest satisfaction.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and handle billing procedures.
- Support inventory management by monitoring stock and supply requirements.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and comply with food safety standards and regulations.
- Assist with restaurant operations, including seating arrangements and service flow management.
- Support bar operations and room service activities when required.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage service preferred.
- Customer-oriented with a professional attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
