1. Founder's Time & Communications Team Type
– Own the Founder's calendar end-to-end — prioritise ruthlessly, protect deep work, eliminate conflicts before they arise
– Triage the Founder's inbox; draft, send, and follow up on correspondence on her behalf Mihuru — Confidential | [email protected]
– Manage relationships with investors, partners, and senior stakeholders — communicate with precision and confidentiality
– Prepare briefing notes, context documents, and talking points before every important meeting
2. Meeting Representation & Follow-Through
– Attend internal and external meetings on behalf of the Founder — take ownership of outcomes, not just minutes
– Represent Mihuru's interests in partner calls, vendor negotiations, and cross-functional discussions when the Founder is unavailable
– Capture action items, drive follow-through across teams, and escalate blockers proactively
– Maintain a clear, updated log of open commitments and decisions across all meetings attended
3. Project Management & Internal Execution
– Own and drive strategic cross-functional projects across product, partnerships, marketing, operations, and HR
– Build and maintain project trackers, timelines, and status dashboards; hold team members accountable to deliverables
– Step in as a project lead on high-priority initiatives where the Founder needs a trusted proxy on the ground
– Identify bottlenecks, surface risks early, and propose solutions rather than wait for direction
4. Internal Stakeholder Management
– Serve as a coordination layer between the Founder and all internal teams — ensuring alignment, flow of information, and prioritisation
– Manage the weekly operating rhythm: leadership syncs, team check-ins, OKR reviews, and offsites
– Mediate cross-team dependencies and help resolve conflicts or ambiguities that would otherwise consume the Founder's time
– Maintain visibility into what every team is working on and flag misalignment before it becomes a problem
5. Fundraise & Investor Support
– Support active fundraise processes — coordinate investor outreach, manage data room documentation, and track pipeline
– Prepare and update pitch materials, financial summaries, and investor update decks in collaboration with the Founder
– Manage due diligence requests, follow-ups, and scheduling with investors and advisors
– Maintain investor relationship records and ensure all commitments and touchpoints are tracked and honoured
6. External Partnerships & BD Support
– Support business development efforts by closely coordinating with Business Development team on partner onboarding, managing documentation, and tracking deal progress
– Own scheduling and logistics for high-stakes external meetings, including preparing the Founder with relevant context
– Follow up on partnership discussions, LOIs, and agreements — work with legal and business teams to close loops
7. Travel, Logistics & Administration
– Plan complex domestic and international travel — visas, itineraries, accommodation, and contingency buffers
– Manage expenses, reimbursements, and vendor coordination
– Handle selective personal logistics for the Founder with discretion and efficiency
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
