About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on technician to help build, test, and maintain our custom UAV platforms. This role is perfect for a builder who would love turning concepts into flight-ready hardware—from shaping foam board for fixed-wing prototypes to wiring up advanced flight controllers and embedded systems.
Key Responsibilities
Electronics & Soldering: Solder and wire complex electronic systems. You will cleanly route wiring for flight controllers, single-board computers, motors, and power harnesses.
Lab Management: Take ownership of the workspace. Keep the R&D lab organized, safe, and efficient while tracking inventory for electronic components, raw materials, and tools.
Testing Support: Assist the engineering team with bench testing, troubleshooting hardware issues, and field operations.
3D Printing & Fabrication: Operate and maintain 3D printers to create custom mounts, brackets, and aerodynamic parts. Experience experimenting with specialty materials (like active foaming filaments) is a major plus.
Aircraft Assembly: Build custom multi-rotor drones and fixed-wing aircraft, including the hands-on fabrication of foam board airframes.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pune, Maharashtra (Pune, Raigad District)
