We are looking for a Google Ads Scaling Executive to expand and grow high-performing ad campaigns while maintaining strong ROI and conversion rates. This role is suitable for freshers with basic Google Ads knowledge and candidates with 6 months or more experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scale Google Ads campaigns by increasing budgets and expanding keyword and audience targeting.
- Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and performance trends.
- Monitor campaign performance and maintain ROI and conversion efficiency.
- Test new campaign strategies, ad formats, and bidding models.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with Google Ads policies and best practices.
Requirements:
- Fresher with basic knowledge of Google Ads OR 6 months+ experience in paid advertising.
- Understanding of scaling strategies and performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and conversion tracking is a plus.
- Google Ads Certification preferred.
