Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven IT Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts in the North American market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services sales, excellent client relationship management skills, and proven experience in leading a sales team. The candidate should be capable of driving revenue growth, developing sales strategies, and closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
- Identify, generate, and convert new business opportunities for IT services.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients across the US and Canada.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the IT sales team to achieve individual and team KPIs.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and proposal discussions.
- Collaborate with technical and project delivery teams to prepare customized solutions.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline, and CRM records.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 4–9 years of experience in IT Sales/Business Development, with at least 1–2 years in a team leadership role.
- Proven experience selling Web Development, Mobile App Development, UI/UX, Digital Marketing, Cloud, or Custom Software Development services.
- Strong understanding of the North American market and sales processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar.
- Ability to build sales strategies and consistently achieve revenue targets.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in handling enterprise or mid-market clients.
- Knowledge of proposal writing, RFPs, RFQs, and IT solution consulting.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Clutch, Apollo, and other lead generation platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
