About the Role
Rich Robust Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition and business growth. The ideal candidate should possess a basic understanding of stock markets, trading, investment products, and financial services, along with strong sales and relationship-building skills.
This is a target-driven field sales role focused on acquiring new clients and promoting investment solutions, including Demat Accounts, Trading Accounts, Mutual Funds, PMS, and other wealth management services.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, referrals, outbound or inbound calls.
Acquire new clients for Demat Accounts, Trading Accounts, Mutual Funds, PMS, and investment products.
Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate products or services
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Achieve monthly business acquisition and revenue targets.
Identify customer investment requirements and coordinate with internal teams for suitable solutions.
Follow up on leads and ensure timely account activation and onboarding.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Participate in investor awareness programs, seminars, and promotional events.
Work closely with the sales, dealing, and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Required Skills & Knowledge
Basic knowledge of:
Stock Market & Equity Trading
Futures & Options (F&O)
Demat & Trading Accounts
Mutual Funds
Portfolio Management Services (PMS)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently in a target-oriented environment.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail) and CRM tools.
Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, MBA, Finance preferred).
0–3 years of experience in Financial Services, Broking, Banking, Insurance, Mutual Funds, or Sales.
Freshers with a strong interest in financial markets are encouraged to apply.
