About the Role
We're looking for an energetic, confident and highly organised professional who enjoys talking to people, following up on opportunities and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
This is not a cold-calling sales role. It is a customer-facing coordination role where your communication, organisation and persistence directly drive business growth. You will work closely with the Business Head and be trusted with real customer relationships from day one.
What You'll Do
- Follow up on quotations and customer enquiries until each reaches a conclusion
- Speak with procurement, safety and maintenance professionals at large industrial companies
- Schedule meetings, site visits and product demonstrations
- Maintain Excel trackers and opportunity pipelines
- Prepare professional emails, quotations and supporting documents
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely, polished customer responses
We're Looking for Someone Who
- Speaks and writes excellent English — this is essential
- Is confident making professional phone calls to senior industrial buyers
- Is highly organised, proactive and follows up without being reminded
- Has good Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Learns quickly, takes ownership and closes loops
- Is comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for business communication
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–5 years of experience in customer support, inside sales, sales coordination, business development or operations
- Exceptional fresh graduates with outstanding communication skills may also apply
