Job Summary
City College is looking for a creative and experienced Senior Video Editor to lead video production and manage a team of 3–4 junior editors. The ideal candidate should be skilled in video editing, camera handling, influencer shoots, advertisements, and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end video production, from shoot planning to final delivery.
- Edit high-quality promotional, social media, event, and reels.
- Handle camera operations, lighting, and shoot execution.
- Manage influencer collaborations and ad shoots.
- Supervise, mentor, and review the work of junior video editors.
- Coordinate with marketing, content, and design teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Maintain quality standards and take ownership of video projects.
Required Skills
- 4–5 years of experience in video editing and production.
- Strong expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
- Good understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with camera handling and production workflows.
- Knowledge of AI tools for editing, content creation, and workflow automation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
Preferred
Prior experience leading a creative team.
