Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct periodic and surprise stock audits across stores and the warehouse according to the audit schedule.
- Verify physical inventory against system stock and identify discrepancies.
- Monitor and control inventory shrinkage, stock losses, pilferage, and process leakages.
- Ensure compliance with store SOPs during audits.
- Verify inward and outward stock movements for process accuracy and proper documentation.
- Prepare and submit detailed audit reports, including findings and recommendations for corrective actions.
- Track and support the recovery of stock shortages and coordinate with store teams for resolution.
- Identify damaged and expired stock during audits and manage the Return to Warehouse (RTW) process.
- Recommend process improvements to strengthen inventory control and accuracy.
- Maintain high inventory accuracy standards across all locations.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting.
- Ability to handle on-floor queries effectively.
- Willingness to travel for 15–20 days per month, including night audits.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
