We're now building an AI Recruitment Agent capable of sourcing talent, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and helping companies hire smarter and faster. We're looking for someone who is passionate about recruitment, excited by AI, and eager to help build the future of hiring.
About the Role
This is not a traditional recruiter role.
You won't spend your day manually screening resumes or coordinating interviews.
Instead, you'll work alongside AI engineers to build an AI Recruitment Agent that understands how exceptional recruiters identify, evaluate, and hire great talent.
Your role is to translate recruitment knowledge into structured workflows, hiring frameworks, and decision-making processes that AI can learn and execute.

What You'll Do
- Collaborate with AI engineers to build and improve our AI Recruitment Agent.
- Translate recruitment workflows into AI-driven processes.
- Research modern hiring trends and best practices.
- Help AI understand how recruiters evaluate candidates.
- Validate AI-generated recommendations and continuously improve their quality.
- Identify repetitive recruitment tasks that can be automated.
- Test AI-powered recruitment workflows and recommend improvements.
What You'll Help Build
You'll help our AI Recruitment Agent learn how to:
- Create compelling job descriptions.
- Recommend the best hiring platforms for each role.
- Source candidates from multiple channels.
- Screen resumes intelligently.
- Rank candidates based on role requirements.
- Generate customized screening questions.
- Conduct initial AI-powered candidate conversations.
- Schedule interviews automatically.
- Send reminders and follow-ups.
- Track candidate progress throughout the hiring process.
- Generate interview summaries and hiring recommendations.
- Build talent pipelines for future hiring.
- Produce recruitment analytics and hiring reports.
- Continuously improve hiring quality using AI.
