This is a Black Masterbatch manufacturing plant.The working environment involves regular handling of carbon black and black materials. Due to the nature of the industry, clothes, hands, shoes, and sometimes exposed skin become black/dusty during work.
Candidates who are uncomfortable working in such an environment should not apply.

We are looking for a disciplined, hardworking, and responsible Inventory & Material Handling Executive for our Black Masterbatch manufacturing plant. The selected candidate will be responsible for issuing raw materials to production, handling inventory movement, collecting finished goods from production, maintaining stock records, and ensuring proper material flow within the factory.
This role involves working directly in a Black Masterbatch plant environment where handling carbon black and black materials is part of daily operations.

Inventory & Material Handling Executive
Industry Preference
Preference for candidates with experience in:
- Masterbatch industry
- Plastic industry
- Polymer compounds
- Chemical manufacturing
- Industrial warehouse/store operations
Experience Required
- 2–8 years of relevant experience
- Experience in factory inventory/store operations preferred
Key Responsibilities
Raw Material Handling
- Issue raw materials to production as per production requirements
- Verify material codes, batch numbers, quantities, and identification before issue
- Maintain proper raw material movement records
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable
Finished Goods Handling
- Collect finished goods from production
- Verify quantities and product details
- Transfer finished goods to designated storage areas
- Maintain proper stock and movement records
Inventory Management
- Maintain inventory accuracy
- Monitor:
- Raw material stock
- Packing material stock
- Finished goods stock
- Support physical stock verification and inventory audits
- Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies immediately
Material Identification & Organization
- Ensure proper:
- Labeling
- Identification
- Storage discipline
- Material segregation
- Maintain organized storage systems and material flow
Coordination Responsibilities
Coordinate with:
- Production team
- QC department
- Dispatch team
- Purchase/store department
- Plant management
Documentation & Record Keeping
Maintain:
- Material issue records
- GRN/stock records
- Batch movement records
- Finished goods transfer records
- Inventory registers/system entries
Housekeeping & Safety
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in storage and material handling areas
- Follow plant safety procedures
- Ensure proper handling of materials and bags

Educational Qualification

Role Expectation
The selected candidate will play an important role in maintaining smooth material movement and inventory discipline within the Black Masterbatch plant while ensuring accurate stock handling, organized storage, and proper coordination with production and dispatch operations.
