Qualification
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Safety or related field.
- Diploma/PG Diploma in Industrial Safety / Fire & Safety / Occupational Health & Safety preferred.
- NEBOSH / IOSH certification is an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 2+ years in Safety roles within Solar O&M is mandatory.
- Strong experience in HSE, PTW, risk assessment (JSA/HIRA), incident investigation, and contractor safety.
- Only Solar O&M / renewable energy experience will be considered. Other industry profiles will not be shortlisted.
Job Description
- Implement HSE policies across solar plants and substations.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments ensuring compliance.
- Manage PTW systems including LOTO, hot work, excavation, work at height, and confined space.
- Investigate incidents and ensure corrective action closure.
- Conduct inductions, toolbox talks, and safety awareness programs.
- Maintain emergency preparedness, contractor safety, and HSE documentation with KPI tracking.
- Ensure environmental compliance and participate in client/internal safety reviews.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
