Job Role: Tele Caller
- Attend and handle inbound customer enquiry calls professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about the company's products and services.
- Record customer enquiries and maintain them in the database.
- Follow up with prospective customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues to the concerned department.
- Maintain daily call logs and submit activity reports.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and courteous communication.
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Freshers or 1 year of experience in Administration
