Job Summary:
The Cashier Cum Sales Executive is responsible for handling cash transactions, assisting customers with purchases, and promoting products or services to increase sales. The role requires good customer service skills and accuracy in handling payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle cash, card, and digital payment transactions accurately.
- Issue bills, receipts, and maintain daily cash records.
- Assist customers in selecting products and provide product information.
- Promote and sell products to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper display of products in the store.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Maintain stock records and inform the supervisor about low stock.
- Prepare daily sales and cash reports.
Qualifications:
- Basic computer knowledge and billing software knowledge.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
