Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, promoting products/services, and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Present and promote company products and services to prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Manage social media promotions, email marketing, and lead-generation activities.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports, customer feedback, and performance analyses.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management abilities.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
