About the Role
We are looking for a highly energetic, self-driven, and ambitious Sales & Marketing Assistant to support our sales, marketing, and business development initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build a rewarding career in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
- Support marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Coordinate health camps, society activations, and promotional events.
- Assist in lead generation, customer acquisition, and follow-ups.
- Build relationships with Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs), corporate clients, and channel partners.
- Coordinate with doctors, diagnostic partners, and internal teams for smooth campaign execution.
- Maintain customer and lead databases using CRM tools.
- Handle social media coordination and basic content execution.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Assist the leadership team in day-to-day sales and marketing activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in healthcare sales, healthcare marketing, diagnostics, hospitals, clinics, pharmaceuticals, or health-tech is preferred.
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a strong willingness to learn may also apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Comfortable using digital tools, CRM software, and social media platforms.
