Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Help Desk Executive to manage the electricity recharge software system and provide support to residents. The role involves monitoring recharge transactions, assisting residents with recharge-related issues, maintaining records, and ensuring timely communication regarding electricity usage and recharge requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and manage the electricity recharge software on a daily basis.
- Monitor resident electricity consumption and recharge status.
- Assist residents with recharge transactions, balance inquiries, and technical issues.
- Follow up with residents regarding low balances, pending recharges, and service-related concerns.
- Generate and maintain reports on electricity consumption and recharge collections.
- Coordinate with technical and maintenance teams to resolve electricity meter and software issues.
- Respond to resident queries through phone, email, WhatsApp, or in person.
- Maintain accurate records of complaints, requests, and resolutions.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
- Ensure timely and professional communication with residents.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate or Diploma holder in any discipline.
- Basic knowledge of computer applications and data entry.
- Experience in customer service, help desk, or facility management is preferred.
- Ability to operate software systems and generate reports.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.

Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in help desk, customer support, facility management, or utility billing operations preferred.

Salary
- As per company standards and candidate experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
