A Sales Coordinator in the hotel industry supports the sales and marketing team by handling guest inquiries, coordinating corporate bookings, preparing proposals, managing event documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and hotel departments. The role is essential for increasing room revenue, banquet sales, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with corporate clients, travel agents, and event organizers
- Handle room reservations, banquet bookings, and group inquiries
- Prepare quotations, contracts, proposals, and sales reports
- Support the sales team in achieving occupancy and revenue targets
- Maintain guest and client databases in hotel CRM systems
- Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, banquet, and F&B departments
- Follow up on leads, confirmations, and payment status
- Organize sales meetings, site visits, and promotional activities
- Assist in planning conferences, weddings, and corporate events
- Ensure excellent guest service and timely communication

- Fresher
- 1 year Experience in Hotel sales, reservations, or hospitality operations preferred
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
