Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- manage day-to-day workshop operations.
- Monitor repair progress and ensure timely vehicle delivery.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors, Technicians, and the Parts Department.
- Ensure compliance with OEM service quality standards.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution.
- Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, and technician performance.
- achievement of service revenue and profitability targets.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain service records.
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the service team.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma / B.Tech in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automobile service operations.
- Heavy Commercial Vehicle (HCV) experience is mandatory.
- Prior experience in supervising or leading workshop teams is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer relationship skills.
- Knowledge of Workshop Management Systems and MS Office.
