Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assist them with product selection in the showroom.
- Visit corporate clients, businesses, and retail customers to generate new sales.
- Promote and sell IT Hardware, Software, Networking, CCTV, and related IT solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and services.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the service and operations team for smooth order execution.
- Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Hardware, Software, IT, or Electronics sales (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
- Willingness to work in both showroom and field sales.
