· Coordinate schedules for creators, models, and external talent, ensuring everyone knows where to be and when.
· Maintain and track the production calendar to ensure all content assets are delivered on time.
2. On-Set & Production Support
· Act as the primary point of contact on-set, ensuring shoots run smoothly, stay on schedule, and follow the creative brief.
· Oversee equipment tracking, ensuring gear is ready, organized, and available for the crew.
· Step in to assist with basic production tasks on-set to keep momentum moving.
3. Asset & Workflow Management
· Organize and manage our digital asset library, ensuring raw footage and final edits are properly labeled, stored, and accessible.
· Coordinate the post-production workflow, passing assets from shooters to editors and managing feedback timelines.
· Monitor trending formats, audio, and visual styles (especially for short-form video like Reels) to help inform upcoming shoots.
