Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and responsible Site Executive to oversee the installation and execution of solar projects at customer sites. The ideal candidate should be able to coordinate with clients, technicians, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and with high quality.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day activities at solar project sites.
Coordinate with installation teams, electricians, and contractors.
Conduct site surveys and verify project readiness before installation.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality guidelines.
Maintain daily site reports, documentation, and project updates.
Coordinate material delivery and inventory at the site.
Communicate with customers regarding project status and resolve site-related issues.
Report project progress and challenges to the Project Manager.
Requirements
Diploma or ITI
Solar industry experience is preferred but not mandatory
Freshers with strong technical knowledge and willingness to travel may also apply.
Basic knowledge of electrical systems and construction/site management.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to read drawings and technical documents is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic reporting.
Must be willing to travel to project sites.
