Designation- Technical Sr. Sales Engineer / Assistant Manager Sales
Location- Chennai (Chrompet)
Role- sales of capital and heavy precision industrial equipment. This role involves consultative, solution-based selling to industrial customers, EPC contractors, and large manufacturing plants.
This is a B2B Sales profile. Hence pls avoid people from sectors such as IT/BFSI/Retail/e-commerce/spare sales/FMCG. The role requires engineering understanding, site interaction, and long-cycle project sales exposure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle technical sales of capital / heavy precision equipment
- Develop and manage industrial customers
- Engage with plant heads, maintenance managers, project teams, and procurement
- Conduct site visits, technical discussions, and product demonstrations
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and participate in negotiations
- Build and grow long-term key accounts
- Achieve annual sales targets and territory growth
Job Specification
- 2- 4 year experience in Industrial / technical sales
- Exposure to capital equipment / industrial machinery / tools
- Willingness to Travel extensively
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
Joining Time- 15-20 days
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
