We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Inside Sales Consultants to drive sales growth for our US-focused Sales Process BPO. You'll play a key role in generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals in B2B domain. Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and prospect US clients and Close deals via cold calling, emails.
- Conduct market research to uncover sales opportunities and build targeted lead pipelines.
- Pitch Services, negotiate contracts, and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain CRM records, track leads, and collaborate with other departments/teams.
- Stay updated on US industry trends to deliver tailored solutions.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on BDE or Inside Sales experience serving US clients in Telecom, Insurance, Banking domain.
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with sales tools like CRM (e.g., Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email outreach platforms.
