Worker
- Perform general production, construction, or workshop duties as assigned.
- Operate basic tools and equipment safely.
- Load, unload, move, and arrange materials.
- Follow supervisor instructions and workplace safety procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Assist skilled workers when required.
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and on time.
Requirements: Physically fit, punctual, hardworking, and willing to work in shifts. Previous experience is preferred but may not be mandatory.
Helper
- Assist fitters, technicians, and other skilled workers with daily tasks.
- Carry, arrange, and prepare tools, materials, and equipment.
- Help with installation, assembly, dismantling, and maintenance work.
- Keep tools and work areas clean and organized.
- Follow safety instructions and use PPE properly.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements: Basic understanding of tools and workplace safety. Good physical fitness, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team.
Fitter
- Read and understand drawings, measurements, and work instructions.
- Perform fitting, assembly, installation, and maintenance of machinery or equipment.
- Use hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and fitting equipment.
- Align, level, adjust, and assemble mechanical components.
- Identify and rectify fitting and mechanical problems.
- Follow quality standards and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with helpers, welders, technicians, and supervisors.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Requirements: ITI/Diploma or relevant technical qualification preferred. Experience in mechanical fitting, fabrication, machinery installation, or maintenance is an advantage. Ability to read basic technical drawings is preferred.
Pay: ₹9,257.66 - ₹29,036.56 per month
