KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
· Explain electric scooter models, offers, finance options, and showroom details to customers.
· Follow up with interested customers through calls, WhatsApp, and messages.
· Convert customer inquiries into showroom visits and potential sales opportunities.
· Generate leads from online inquiries, references, and customer databases.
· Coordinate with the sales team for customer appointments and test rides.
· Prepare basic billing, invoices, payment entries, and maintain billing records.
· Maintain daily call reports, customer databases, and follow-up records properly.
· Answer customer queries politely and provide accurate product information.
· Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
· Support showroom sales activities and assist customers during the buying process.
· Maintain professional communication and achieve daily calling and lead generation targets.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
