We are looking for a hands-on and experienced Assistant Production Manager with 5+ years of experience in Modular Furniture Manufacturing & Quality Control.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in shop-floor management, production planning, quality control, manpower management, client coordination, and timely project delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily production activities and achieve production targets within timelines.
- Supervise production teams and monitor manpower & machine utilization.
- Manage the complete manufacturing process from cutting to packing.
- Ensure quality control at CNC, Cutting, Edge Banding, Drilling, Assembly & Finishing stages.
- Control rejection, rework and material wastage.
- Read and understand technical, layout & working drawings.
- Handle client coordination, meetings and resolve production/quality-related issues.
- Prepare and maintain Production, QC, Rejection & MIS reports.
- Ensure 5S, safety and quality standards across the shop floor.
