About the Role
We are hiring an experienced and dynamic Senior Engineer for our upcoming Resort & Villa Development Project at Pali District, Rajasthan. The candidate should have strong experience in site execution, project coordination, quality control, and construction management, preferably in hospitality, resort, villa, or premium residential projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complete site execution and construction activities of Resort & Villa projects.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion as per approved timelines.
- Supervise civil, finishing, and infrastructure works with quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Ensure work execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Prepare daily/weekly project progress reports.
- Manage contractor billing, measurements, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
- Resolve technical and execution-related challenges at site.
Candidate Profile:
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in construction project execution of Resort & Villa projects.
- Experience in Resort, Villa, Hospitality, Luxury Residential, or Township Projects preferred.
- Strong knowledge of RCC work, finishing, MEP coordination, BOQ, billing, and project management.
- Leadership and team-handling capability.
- Willing to work at Pali District, Rajasthan.
