Job Title: Site Supervisor – Interior Projects

Job Summary
The Site Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating interior fit-out and finishing works at project sites. The role involves managing labor, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining project timelines, and coordinating with vendors, contractors, and clients for smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day interior site activities.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, false ceiling, flooring, and finishing works.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams.
- Maintain project schedules and ensure timely completion of work.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations.
- Track material requirements and coordinate with procurement teams.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update management on project status.
- Resolve site-related issues and escalate major concerns when required.
- Attend client meetings and provide project updates as required.
- Verify measurements and quantities for billing and vendor payments.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out, construction, or site supervision.
- Experience in residential, commercial, retail, or showroom interior projects preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of interior execution and finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and layouts.
- Good team management and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and project reporting.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in luxury retail, jewellery showroom, or commercial interior projects.
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
