Qualification: MBA
Experience: 1 -2+ Years
CTC: ₹4–5 LPA (Indicative; final offer will depend on the candidate's performance during the interview process.)
Key Responsibilities:
Develop relationships with builders, contractors, architects, developers, dealers, and distributors.
Generate new business opportunities and sales leads.
Conduct market visits and promote brick products.
Achieve sales targets and close business deals.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Coordinate with operations and logistics teams.
Prepare sales reports and customer feedback reports.
